Wheatham Farm

The family moved to Wheatham over 40 years ago. Originally a dairy farm, we now have beef cattle, horse livery and sheep to help maintain our 250 acres of pasture.

The farm chickens provide fresh eggs for our popular breakfast hampers which also include bacon from a neighbouring farm 1 mile away, seasonal fruit, bread, pastries, cereal, homemade granola, local apple juice, milk, tea and freshly ground bean to cup coffee.

When you arrive you will be invited to visit the farm during your stay, children can collect eggs, feed our goats, meet our ponies and calves and fuss over our friendly border terrier, Ginny!

As we are a working farm we require our guests to be mindful of this, leaving the glampsite as tidy as possible, as after the season sheep return to the field for grazing.

If you wish to have more of a chat with us about the farm and animals here during your stay, please get in touch !

As well as farm animals, the fields and woodlands are home to many other wild native animals, birds and insects. We love our glampers to look out for local wildlife, so please let us know what you see during your stay!
